Galvanised iron insulated pipe consists of a steel pipe for conveying medium (working pipe), a polyurethane rigid foam insulation layer, and galvanised iron (outer protective layer). It is mainly used for overhead polyurethane insulation pipes and is primarily used in liquid and gas pipeline networks, district heating networks, and municipal construction projects.
Бүтээгдэхүүний онцлог
(1) Insulation performance
This product uses a polyurethane insulation layer structure, effectively reducing heat loss.
(2) Ease of construction
The insulated pipe is factory prefabricated, with both ends exposed for a length of 150-250, making it convenient for alignment and welding during on-site construction.
(3) Weather resistance
The iron used for the outer protective pipe is coated with a galvanised anti-corrosion layer, allowing it to remain in outdoor environments for extended periods without corroding. As this product uses galvanised iron instead of the traditional polyethylene outer protective pipe, it avoids the issue of polyethylene ageing in outdoor environments over time. The galvanised iron outer protective pipe adopts a spiral forming structure, which offers good overall bending performance and stress conditions at the joint seams.

Due to the three-layer structure of this insulated pipe, the working pipe and insulation layer are fully protected by the outer protective pipe, allowing for continuous use for 30 years under normal working conditions.
